Project Summary

Clarence’s Greatest Gift is a children’s book created by employees of our ad agency, written and illustrated entirely in-house. The story follows Clarence, a rain cloud struggling to find his purpose, ultimately sharing a message of inclusion, resilience, and self-worth. Each sale of the book benefited the National Pediatric Cancer Foundation.

My Role

  • Concepted and produced the book’s launch shoot with the creative team and photographers.

  • Managed production details including talent, locations, timing, and props.

  • Ran paid social campaigns and giveaways to promote the launch and drive sales.

  • Set up publishing logistics through IngramSpark, securing the ISBN and managing pricing and distribution.

  • Collaborated with the illustrator to create custom merchandise for influencer PR boxes.

  • Coordinated influencer outreach to build buzz and boost awareness.

  • Tracked campaign results and compiled analytics for a post-launch case study.

  • Produced, edited, and animated the case study video featuring the book’s creators.

Results

We raised $10,000 for the pediatric cancer research.

Giveaway and Influencer Boxes

We sent 30 custom-designed boxes to family influencers, each featuring a copy of Clarence’s Greatest Gift, custom slime, a Miles the Rooster tote bag, character buttons, and a coloring sheet. To expand the reach, we also hosted a social media giveaway offering followers a chance to win the same exclusive box.
